Cassava soup with pumpkin recipe

I show you how to make cassava soup step by step in pictures the way I do, I guarantee it's very simple and quick in the pressure cooker: just cook the cassava, pumpkin and chicken, prepare a stir-fry with the other ingredients and put everything together in the same pan. The result is a very nutritious and satisfying cassava soup with cabotiá that you need to taste. Try it!
Ingredients for making manioc broth with pumpkin:
500 grams of cooked cassava
250 grams of cooked caboti pumpkin
1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 chopped pepper
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped medium onion
1 tablespoon of turmeric
1 pinch of curry
dehydrated chimichurri
1 chicken broth tablet
1 bunch of chopped parsley (small bunch)
1 grated carrot
3 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of dehydrated rosemary
ready-made seasoning of salt and red pepper
pepperoni pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
How to make manioc broth with pumpkin:
Place the cassava to cook in the pressure cooker with water until covered. In another pan, place the chicken breast to cook with salt and rosemary and separate the other ingredients. Peel the squash and, when the cassava pan gets pressure, put the squash to cook in another pan - that way they cook for the same time.
Wait 15 minutes and turn off the heat for both cassava and pumpkin. Wait about 5 minutes, process the cassava and pumpkin separately, with the cooking water, and set aside. As for the chicken, wait for it to be well cooked, let it cool a little and shred. Reserve the shredded chicken and cooking water.
In a pan put the oil, add the onion and saute for a minute. Add the garlic and, when the onion is translucent, add the chicken, carrots, peppers and other seasonings, except for pepperoni and parsley.
Tip: Seasonings are to taste. I like to use all the ones I indicated but you can only put the ones you like.
Saute these ingredients well, add the crushed manioc and pumpkin and stir. Strain the cooking water from the chicken and add it to the pan.
Tip: Putting the cooking water for the chicken in the broth pan helps to get a more homemade taste!
As soon as it boils, add the salt and add the parsley. Wait another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Tip: If your broth is too thick, add a little water.
